Your rollers and blankets have to perform smoothly, even under heavy circumstances. That’s why Agfa developed a variety of washes, tuned to the exact type of roller or blanket you use. From low flashpoint products (for purely manual applications) to high flashpoint products (for heatset presses), all Agfa products have been designed with the environment in mind. They comply with the requirements outlined by the major press manufacturers and by Fogra and/or they are in line with the requirements for indirect food contact applications.

Flashpoint < 100°C

XTRAWASH Plus 60: FOGRA & ISEGA certified water miscible blanket and roller wash (flash point <100 °C). Suitable for automatic washing systems and manual application. Does not contain aromatic or chlorinated solvents, is less harmful to both human health and the environment. Available in 20 l, 200 l and 1,000 l.

Flashpoint < 50°C

XTRAWASH Plus 40: ISEGA listed water miscible blanket and roller wash with a low flash point (<26 °C). Suitable for automatic washing systems and manual application. Does not contain any aromatics or chlorinated solvents. Available in 20 l and 200 l.

AUTOWASH Plus: water miscible blanket and roller wash with a low flashpoint. Suitable for automatic washing systems and manual application. Available in 20 l and 200 l.

QD Wash Plus: fast drying non-water miscible blanket and roller wash with a low flash point (<26 °C), designed for use on small to medium size printing presses. Suitable for manual application. Available in 4x 5 l, and 20 l.
